Mark Norton

Mark Norton is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Phaidon International since June 2024, Mark also leads Mark Norton Consulting, focusing on fostering connected leadership and organizational purpose. Previous roles include Head of HR Strategy and Transformation at Campari Group and Vice President at Symantec, where significant contributions included transitioning to technology-based HR operations and executing regional HR models. Mark's career began in the British Army, culminating in the role of Lieutenant Colonel, and further education includes an MBA and an MA in Military Studies.
