Catherine Alway

Catherine Alway currently serves as a Solution Manager at Phamily since July 2023, after holding multiple roles including Chief of Staff and Founder's Associate. Catherine began with Phamily in June 2020, working in various capacities such as Business Development Intern and Clinical Outcomes Analysis Lead, where responsibilities included effective patient communication about Chronic Care Management and enhancing data tracking systems. Prior to Phamily, Catherine worked as a Hostess at Oriental Wok from November 2018 to December 2020, managing reservations and guest services. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and East Asian Studies from McGill University, completed in 2023.
