Kevin Jacobs

Kevin Jacobs is the current General Counsel at Phantom. Before that, Kevin was an Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory at Robinhood from June 2019 to May 2022. Prior to that, Kevin worked at Cahill Gordon & Reindel as an associate from October 2011 to May 2019. Kevin's experience includes representing companies in complex civil litigation matters, managing federal and state regulatory inquiries, exchange requests and internal investigations, and defending the interests of the bank and other internal clients.

Kevin Jacobs attended Howard University School of Law and earned their Doctor of Law degree. Kevin also attended The Wharton School and earned their BSc in Economics with a concentration in Management.

Their manager is Brandon Millman, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Chris Kalani - CPO & Co-Founder, Francesco Agosti - CTO & Co-Founder.
