David Nurdian

David Nurdian has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a People Development Specialist at PT Phapros Tbk since January 2018. In this role, David is responsible for planning, executing, and controlling the Assessment Center process for all employees, preparing reports based on assessment results, and developing tools utilized in the Assessment Center. Prior to this, David worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at Etercon Pharma from January 2015 to December 2017, where responsibilities included creating manpower planning in collaboration with the factory manager and overseeing recruitment and payroll processes. David is an alumnus of Diponegoro University.
