Jonathan Nell has extensive work experience in marketing and insights, with a focus on trade marketing and customer insights. Jonathan is currently the Head of Trade Marketing & Insights at PharmaCare Laboratories, where they develop strategies to improve sales results and revenue growth. Prior to this, Jonathan founded their own marketing consultancy, 3 Feet Marketing, where they worked as a consultant on category and shopper marketing. Jonathan also served as the Head of Category Development and Insight at Woolworths Supermarkets and held various roles at Diageo, including Director of Customer Marketing and Director of Shopper Marketing. Jonathan has also worked at Pepperidge Farm/Campbell's and The Coca-Cola Company in shopper marketing and retail marketing roles. Jonathan began their career at Nestle as a Senior Product Manager.

Jonathan Nell completed their Bachelor's degree in Business at Charles Sturt University from 1989 to 1991. Jonathan later pursued higher education and obtained a Master's degree in Communication Management from the University of Technology Sydney, where they studied from 2002 to 2004.
