Cristina Collalti

Cristina Collalti is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at Pharma D&S since May 2013. In this role, Cristina focuses on human resources for the pharmaceutical, clinical research, medical devices, and cosmetics sectors. Prior to this, Cristina worked as a consultant from November 2012 to April 2013, providing business consulting services in areas such as training program design, organizational restructuring, and job orientation. Cristina has also held the position of HR Recruiting & Administration Head at Patheon from September 2002 to November 2012, where responsibilities included recruitment, payroll management, and the design of training programs for new hires. Earlier career experiences include roles at Banca di Roma and Quanta S.p.A. Cristina holds a degree in Political Science from Sapienza Università di Roma and an Executive Master in Labor and Trade Law from Il Sole 24 Ore Formazione.
