Doug Dlesk

Doug Dlesk has extensive experience in continuous improvement and process management roles at various companies such as Pharma Logistics, Schneider Electric, and Motorola Mobility. With a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Doug has led Lean Six Sigma projects, implemented CI programs, and coached teams to achieve significant cost savings and process improvements.
