Roelinde Bakker

Roelinde Bakker has diverse work experience in various roles and sectors. Roelinde is currently the Head of SafeCare Quality Expansion at PharmAccess Foundation, where they focus on building a locally owned and institutionalized approach towards quality in collaboration with partners in Asia and Africa. Before that, they worked as a Business Development Manager Child Health at TNO, where they investigated expertise areas and innovations to improve children's health and quality of life. Roelinde also served as a Senior Project Manager and Consultant at Gemeente Utrecht, managing practical versions to support general practitioners' care for youth and working as a consultant at the Social Support Department. In addition, Roelinde has held roles in innovation, project management, and program management at Zilveren Kruis, Achmea, and Agis Zorgverzekeringen, where they have contributed to the development and implementation of projects and programs to improve healthcare quality and access. Roelinde began their career as a Staff Executive at GGD Zuid Limburg, responsible for strategic policy development.

Roelinde Bakker obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Health Sciences from Maastricht University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Roelinde has also acquired additional certifications in areas such as FORTH innovation facilitation, Financial Management, LEAN (LCS level 1a), PRINCE II, and The Performance of the Manager.
