Enric Gibert has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Enric began their career as a Programmer and Assistant Professor at DTM Enginyeria La Salle - Ramon Llull in 1996. In 1998, they became an Associate Professor at the same institution, where they taught various computer engineering courses and supervised master's theses. In 2000, Enric joined Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya as a PhD Student, specializing in an undisclosed field. Following the completion of their PhD, they joined Intel Corporation in 2005 as a Computer Engineer. Throughout their time at Intel, Enric held various roles, including Technical Project Leader and Research Scientist. Enric worked on diverse projects involving dynamic binary translation, microarchitecture support, runtime managed systems, multithreading designs, and novel profiling strategies. Enric also acted as a manager and coordinator, leading teams and coordinating tasks with international colleagues. In 2014, Enric ventured into entrepreneurship as the Co-Founder and CEO of Pharmacelera, a company that focuses on drug discovery using computational chemistry techniques.

Enric Gibert's education history begins in 1992 when they enrolled at Enginyeria i Arquitectura La Salle - Universitat Ramon Llull, where they obtained a Technical Degree in Computer Engineering in 1995. Enric then went on to pursue further studies at Enginyeria i Arquitectura La Sallle - Universitat Ramon Llull, receiving a Superior Degree in Computer Engineering in 1998.

In 2000, Enric Gibert joined the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science, which they completed in 2005. During their doctoral studies, they had the opportunity to be an Invited Researcher at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for a brief period in 2001.

To enhance their management skills, Enric Gibert attended the IESE Business School - University of Navarra from 2014 to 2015. Enric completed the Executive General Management Program PDD at the business school.
