Melissa Baur, CPM, is an experienced project manager currently with Pharmaceutical Strategies Group since October 2022. Previously held a senior advisory position at CVS Health from September 2006 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading large teams of clinical subject matter experts for high-impact client implementations in formulary, utilization management, and clinical programs, covering millions of members and significant drug expenditures. Key accomplishments include leading successful implementations of major health plans, providing consultation on best practices, and effectively communicating with executive leadership. Melissa has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Ripon College and has held various roles within the healthcare and retail sectors, including pharmacy technician and sales associate.
