Niraj Maulkhan

Niraj Maulkhan, PharmD, is a Clinical Instructor at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto, and has held the position of Clinical Pharmacist at Toronto General Hospital since October 2021. Additionally, Niraj has worked as a Pharmacist for PharmAchieve and Shoppers Drug Mart, with experience spanning from August 2021 to April 2024. Previously, Niraj served as a Clinical Pharmacist at Taddle Creek Family Health Team and worked at Midwest Toronto Ontario Health Team Vaccination Clinics. Niraj began the pharmacy career as a Pharmacy Intern at Shoppers Drug Mart and completed various pharmacy student placements, including opportunities at The Centre for Family Medicine, Sunnybrook, and University Health Network. Niraj earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Honours Biology from the University of Waterloo.
