Andres Felipe Botero Diaz has extensive work experience in various roles across different companies. Andres Felipe started their career as a Maintenance Engineer at Estra Soluciones from November 1999 to July 2001. Andres Felipe then joined Philip Morris International and held multiple positions including Manufacturing Supervisor, Primary Process Supervisor, Secondary Process Supervisor, Secondary Process Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Director for the Papastratos affiliate in Greece, and Product Support and Planning Director. At Philip Morris International, they were responsible for leading and managing various operations, implementing continuous improvement methodologies, designing cost reduction plans, and overseeing global product planning and support processes. Andres Felipe'sachievements include successfully implementing international standards and construction of a production plant for PharmaCielo, implementing continuous improvement methodologies and cost reduction plans at Philip Morris International, and guaranteeing cigarette production during Greece's potential exit from the EU.

Andres Felipe Botero Diaz completed their Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad EAFIT in an unknown year but before 2012. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Ingenieria Mecánica at the same institution from 1994 to 1999.
