Pablo Cuartas has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Pablo started their career at Philip Morris International in 2013, where they first served as a Utilities Project Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Production Team Leader. In 2019, they joined Eficacia S.A. as a Project Engineer, managing the dismantling process of PMI's MDE Factory and other related responsibilities. Currently, they are employed at PharmaCielo as the Head of operations planning, where they oversee project management and improvements to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and integrity.

Pablo Cuartas earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from EUDE Business School between 2019 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana from 2008 to 2014.

Additionally, Pablo Cuartas has obtained several certifications. Pablo completed a course on Circular Economy for Sustainable Business Models, a course on Technology for Managers and Directors, and a Project Management Specialist certification from Platzi in August 2023. In July 2019, they completed a course on Finance for Non-Financial Professionals from Coursera. In May 2019, they completed a course on Project Management: The Basics for Success from Coursera, and a course on Work Smarter, Not Harder: Time Management for Personal & Professional Productivity, also from Coursera.
