Aaron Pearce

Aaron Pearce currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Company since August 2023 and has been the President of the Iowa Insurance Institute since May 2017. With a robust background in the insurance industry, Aaron previously held multiple roles as Vice President and General Counsel at several Berkley companies, including Berkley FinSecure and Continental Western Group, from November 2014 to August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company of Iowa and internships at Washtenaw County Public Defender's Office and Brown, Winick, Graves, Gross, Baskerville, and Schoenebaum P.L.C. Aaron holds an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, a Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Central College.
