Niels Serup-Hansen is a highly experienced executive in global market access and public affairs, currently serving as Vice President & Head of Global Market Access at Pharmacosmos since June 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, Niels has held significant roles including Vice President at Sanofi, where responsibilities encompassed pricing, reimbursement, health economics, and public affairs strategy from April 2017 to June 2023. Prior to that, Niels served as Senior Director of Global Market Access & Public Affairs at ALK and held positions at Sanofi Denmark and Novo Nordisk. Niels possesses advanced education, including an Executive MBA and a Master of Science in Economics & Health Economics from prominent institutions such as Harvard Business School and Copenhagen Business School.
