Lucy Caraballo has a diverse range of work experience in the field of systems analysis and development. Lucy started their career in 1991 as a Programmer/Analyst at Western Reserve Care, where they installed and maintained the Dun & Bradstreet Human Resource Application. Lucy also created a Reporting system using Microsoft Access, resulting in cost savings.

In 1997, Lucy joined SHARED MEDICAL SYSTEMS - Forum Health as a Systems Analyst I, where they installed and maintained the Human Resource/Payroll system using GEAC software. Lucy customized various software modules and provided users with reporting capabilities using Microsoft Access.

From 2000 to 2013, Lucy worked as a Systems Analyst II at Siemens OSD, Community Health Systems/Forum Health. In this role, they researched and developed in-house interfaces to and from Lawson Financial Suite of Applications. Lucy wrote detailed requirements and specification documents and assisted in the conversion of the Lawson Payroll application to Ultipro.

In 2013, Lucy joined Siemens Managed Services, Application Center of Excellence as a Systems Analyst II. Lucy provided remote customer support for in-house and vendor applications and developed an automated patient payment tracking system using MS SQL Management Studio tools, leading to cost savings due to reduced errors.

Most recently, Lucy worked as a Cobol Developer at Pharmacy Data Management, Inc. (PDMI) since 2014. No end date is provided for this role.

Lucy Caraballo obtained their Bachelor's and Associate's degrees in Computer Technology from Youngstown State University, where they studied from 1976 to 1981.
