Michelle Sebastiani

Michelle Sebastiani has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michelle started their career as an Experienced Business Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in 1999, where they successfully completed various projects in different industries. Michelle then joined Olympic Steel in 2002 as an Implementation Analyst, overseeing system and process change projects. Michelle spent two years at Datavantage Corporation as a Project Implementation Manager, managing multiple projects and achieving revenue goals. Michelle returned to Olympic Steel in 2005 as a Corporate Training Manager, developing and implementing a sales training program and securing grant funding. In 2011, Michelle became the MIS Manager at Olympic Steel before joining Pharmacy Data Management, Inc. (PDMI) in 2014 as the Director of Account Management, where they lead the Account Management team and builds strong business relationships with clients.

Michelle Sebastiani completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration at Miami University from 1995 to 1999. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Strategic Metals Management, at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 2011 to 2012.
