Robin Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to the present. They started their career as a Bookkeeper at Four Seasons Ind in 2000, followed by an Accounts Payable Clerk position at Smurfit Stone. From 2004 to 2008, Robin worked as a Technical Support Representative at Notify Technologies, where they provided Tier I technical support for customers using wireless devices and conducted queries to resolve issues. In 2008, they became a Helpdesk Technician at INNOSOURCE, providing customer support for Goodyear's business management system. Robin then joined Notify Technology again in 2009 as a System Test Engineer, focused on wireless mobile middleware. In 2013, they worked as a Help Desk Specialist at Harley Davidson Dealer Systems and simultaneously as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at GLOBO PLC. From 2016 to 2019, Robin served as an Information Technology Specialist at Notify Technology, where they tested new software, set up servers, and worked with different mail servers. Currently, they are employed as a Software Quality Analyst at Pharmacy Data Management, Inc. (PDMI).

Robin Spencer has an A.A.S. degree in Accounting Technology from Boheckers Business College. They also have an A.A.S. degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute, which was obtained in 2003. In addition, Robin has a B.S. degree in IT/Software Engineering from the University of Phoenix - Online Division.

They have also obtained certifications in various courses. In November 2012, they completed "Learn to Program: The Fundamentals" from Coursera. In November 2013, they completed "Beginning Game Programming with C#" from the same institution. Lastly, in February 2014, they obtained a certification in "Creative, Serious and Playful Science of Android Apps" from Coursera.
