Dusty Allen is a seasoned pharmacy professional with extensive experience in pharmacy management and operations. Currently serving as the System Director of Pharmacy at Muscogee (Creek) Nation Division of Health since November 2014, Dusty has successfully increased pharmacy profitability and managed multiple projects to enhance service delivery and financial savings. Dusty was also a Pharmacy Billing and Contracting Specialist Manager, where strategic changes led to a significant profit increase and reduction in drug expenditure costs. Additionally, Dusty is a member of the Pharmacy Health Information Technology Collaborative and held roles at the Pharmacy Quality Alliance, contributing to measure development teams focused on medication management. Past experience includes serving as Pharmacy Manager and Performance Officer at Checotah Pharmacy and as a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart. Dusty holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and an Associate’s Degree in Pre-Pharmacy Studies from Eastern Oklahoma State.

Pharmacy HIT Collaborative Patient care services delivered collaboratively are integrated into the national interoperable health information technology framework. A primary goal of the Collaborative is to foster the meaningful use of standardized electronic health records that support safe, efficient, and effective medication management, continuityof care, and access to pharmacists' patient care services alongside other members of the patient care team.
