Alex Hansen Pharmd

Alex Hansen is a pharmacist with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a contract consultant hospital outpatient pharmacist at Pharmacy Healthcare Solutions since August 2015, Alex is responsible for managing a high volume of prescriptions and overseeing a major electronic health record (EHR) software conversion. Previous experience includes roles at Kindred Healthcare, where Alex processed medication orders and provided drug information, and internships at AmerisourceBergen and St. Joseph Regional Health Network, where foundational pharmacy skills were developed. Alex began a career in pharmacy as a technician at Giant Food, establishing a strong base in medication knowledge and customer service. Alex holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
