Kevin Ma has worked in a variety of engineering roles since 2004. kevin started their career as a Section Manager at Polyplastics in 2004 before moving to 亚赛兰 as an Engineering and Maintenance Manager in 2010. In 2011, they joined Novartis as a Project Portfolio Manager and Project Manager for Investment. kevin then held the roles of HSE Manager and TPM Lead at Novartis from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Raybow Pharmaceutical and 苏豪 as Head of Engineering.

Kevin Ma obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Industrial Equipment and Machine from Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology in 1995. In 2015, they obtained their PMP certification from TTT. kevin also holds a Certified Safety Engineer certification from the Human Resources and Social Security Department.
