Mette Rotne

Mette Rotne is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries, currently serving as Uddannelseschef at Pharmakon since August 2018. Mette's prior experience includes significant roles at Novo Nordisk A/S from February 2002 to August 2018, where responsibilities ranged from leading the central training organization for Biopharm to overseeing quality assurance and production departments. Notable achievements include the integration of CMC departments, managing training setups, and implementing Lean Six Sigma projects. Earlier, Mette held team leadership positions at Coloplast, focusing on production operations. Mette holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from the Technical University of Denmark and has obtained an Insights Discovery accreditation.
