Hermann Richter-Koch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.
Starting in 2013, they worked at PET Net GmbH as a Transporteur and later as an Intern in the Engineering department, focusing on quality control in radiopharmaceutical production.
In 2015, Hermann joined Siemens Process Industries & Drives, Oil & Gas, Onshore Production, Pipelines and Storage as a Working Student. Hermann supported the establishment of strategic sales in the Oil & Gas and Marine sectors, conducting market analyses and selecting potential contacts in the EPC contractor field.
From 2016 to 2017, they interned at Evonik, gaining practical experience in an industrial setting.
In 2017, Hermann joined NNE, where they served as a Master Thesis Student and later as a Scheduling Lead.
In 2020, they transitioned to PHARMAPLAN (TTP Group), assuming the role of Lead Project Planner. Hermann led multidisciplinary teams and managed over 16 projects in the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry.
In 2023, Hermann took on additional roles outside the pharmaceutical industry. Hermann became an Investor and Co-Founder at COREangels Big Data & AI Europe, and also served as a Podcast Co-Host at Castaway or Holiday.
Currently, Hermann holds the position of Head of Finance, IT & Strategy at PHARMAPLAN (TTP Group).
Hermann Richter-Koch has a diverse educational background. Hermann completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemie- und Bioingenieurwesen from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in the years 2010-2014. Hermann then pursued two Master of Science (MSc) degrees from the same institution. The first one, obtained from 2014-2017, was in Chemie- und Bioingenieurwesen. Hermann'ssecond MSc, also obtained from 2014-2017, was in International Project Management in Systems Engineering. In 2022-2023, they attended the University of St.Gallen MBA program and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Additionally, they obtained a Tableau Desktop Specialist certification, though the specific month of achievement is unspecified.
