Dominic Pye is a synthetic chemist with extensive experience in chemistry research, currently serving as a Senior Scientist in Process Chemistry at Pharmaron since 2025. Previously, Dominic held positions as Principal Scientist and Intellectual Property Manager at Grow from 2022 to 2024, and as Senior Scientist at Algreen Ltd. in 2024. Dominic also worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at both the University of Illinois at Chicago and Imperial College London between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, Dominic gained experience as a Technical Assistant/Trainee Patent Attorney at Elkington + Fife from 2019 to 2021, and as a Senior Scientist at Grow Group Plc from 2021 to 2022. Dominic earned a PhD from the University of Bristol in 2014 and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from The University of Manchester in 2010.
