Geoffrey Okelo

Geoffrey Okelo is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs with extensive experience in pharmaceutical and analytical chemistry. Currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Pharmaron since May 2021, Geoffrey previously held the position of Regulatory Chemist and Lead Product Reviewer at the FDA from May 2014 to May 2021. Geoffrey's early career includes roles as an Analytical Chemistry Consultant at Validant and Research Scientist at Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and Pfizer, focusing on R&D, method development, and validation. Additionally, Geoffrey served in the U.S. Army as an Infantry and Operations Officer, showcasing leadership in various capacities. Holding a Master of Science in Regulatory Science from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of New Haven, Geoffrey possesses a strong academic background complemented by experience in investment banking training and research assistance in bioanalytical chemistry.
