Caroline Nganko M.sc.

Caroline Nganko M.Sc. has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Caroline currently holds the position of Head of Quality & Compliance at Pharmascience since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager Quality & Compliance at the same company from July 2019 to January 2021.

Before joining Pharmascience, Caroline worked at Jubilant HollisterStier Contract Manufacturing & Services as the Manager of AQ Operations from September 2016 to June 2019.

Caroline also has previous experience at Sandoz, where they held the roles of Compliance Supervisor from June 2015 to August 2016 and Lead Investigator from January 2015 to June 2015.

Caroline's career began at Pharmetics Inc. in 2008, where they worked for 6 years in various positions such as Validation Manager, CAPA Manager, Technical Supervisor, and Formulator. Their responsibilities included conducting investigations regarding deviations and complaints.

Caroline also worked as a Formulator at Novartis from 2006 to 2008 and interned as a Formulator at Sanofi in 2006.

Caroline Nganko M.Sc. has a diverse education background. Caroline obtained a Master of Sciences degree in Chemistry and Formulation from UCBL, Lyon in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Université Paris Sud (Paris XI) in 2004. Additionally, Caroline holds a Certificate in Quality Management from École de technologie supérieure that they obtained in 2015. In 2020, they attended the Institut de leadership en gestion for a program called Programme femmes Leader. Caroline has also invested in their professional development by obtaining certifications such as "Improving Your Focus" from LinkedIn in 2022, "Être un leader efficace" from LinkedIn in 2021, and "Compétences en coaching pour les leaders et les managers" from LinkedIn in 2021.
