Mona Selman holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, completed in 2019. With professional experience as a Project Manager and Validation Specialist at Pharmascience since March 2020, Mona has demonstrated expertise in project oversight and equipment validation. Prior to this role, Mona completed an internship in Polymer Automotive Glazings at the National Research Council Canada in early 2019 and worked as a Chemical Engineering Intern at INDEVCO Plastics Inc. in mid-2017. Additionally, Mona participated in a research initiation program at École Polytechnique de Montréal during 2016-2017, further enhancing qualifications in the field.
