Samba Sow

Samba Sow has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Samba started their career as a Supervisor of Quality Control at ratiopharm in 1996. Samba then worked at Abbott Laboratories as a Compliance Manager from 2001 to 2004. From 2001 to 2008, they served as Manager of Plant Quality at Hospira. Sow then moved to Biovail and worked as the Director of Quality from 2008 to 2010. Samba joined Apotex Inc. as the Site Director of Quality Assurance from 2010 to 2011. Samba then held the role of Director of Quality & Compliance at Johnson & Johnson from 2011 to 2012. Sow worked as the Director of Quality Operations at Neutrogena - Johnson & Johnson from 2013 to 2014. Samba served as the VP of Quality Generics at Qualitest Pharmaceuticals from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as the VP of Quality Generics Business at Par Pharmaceutical. Sow's most recent role was as the VP of Global Quality & Compliance at Pharmascience starting in 2017.

Samba Sow completed an MBA in International Business from HEC Montréal between 1999 and 2002.
