Amit Makan

Amit Makan has worked at PharmaSecure since 2016 as an Associate Product Manager, where they are responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of products and services from idea to released functionality, supporting the definition and execution of the strategic product roadmap, and documenting business requirements in the form of features, user stories, use cases, and specifications. Prior to this, they were employed at OM INNOVATION CALL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED from 2011 to 2016, where they served as a Team Lead in Operation Management and Quality/Operations department. In these roles, they were responsible for preparing daily workloads for staff, coordinating the daily allocation of work, interacting with clients regarding targets and goals for process requirements, motivating the team to achieve high standards and KPI targets, developing and maintaining quality assurance procedure documentations, preparing and reviewing quality test cases, and coordinating the execution of test scripts with project managers, test leads, internal testers, and development managers.

Amit Makan has a diverse educational background. Amit attended New Delhi Public School from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a High School degree in Business/Commerce, General. Amit then attended Delhi University from 2015 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General. Finally, they attended Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing.
