Dimitrios Papakonstantinou is an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing execution, operational excellence, and research and development within the industrial sector. Currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing Execution & Detailed Scheduling at Pharmathen since September 2016, Dimitrios oversees the manufacturing process and scheduling activities, ensuring alignment with customer demand and optimal resource utilization. Previous roles include Operational Excellence Manager at Pharmathen, where Dimitrios led black belt projects utilizing Lean methodologies, and Alumina R&D Manager at Aluminium of Greece, focused on technology development and facility commissioning. Dimitrios's educational qualifications include a Mini diploma in Management Studies from ALBA Graduate Business School and an MSc in Management of Industrial Systems from the National Technical University of Athens.
