Gareth Williams is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of the Global Generics Business Unit at Pharmathen since January 2013. With a focus on enhancing the company's reputation as a leading B2B partner in the generic pharmaceutical sector, Gareth has also held various key positions within Pharmathen, including Senior Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Business Development for multiple regions, overseeing commercial activities across Europe, Asia Pacific, MENA, LATAM, and Southern Africa. Prior to Pharmathen, Gareth held business development roles at Aspen Pharmacare and Direct Medicines, and earned a BCOM degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of the Witwatersrand between 1998 and 2001.
