Dr. Incledon is the Executive Vice President, Research & Development of Ironshore Pharmaceuticals & Development, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Toronto-based Highland Therapeutics Inc. Dr. Incledon has over 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience encompassing drug discovery, product development, pre-approval inspections, development quality, project management, method/technology transfer, process improvement, manufacturing troubleshooting, new development facility start-up, and research on novel drug delivery technology. Dr. Incledon was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Cornell University and obtained his Ph.D. degree in Biophysics and Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Applied Biochemistry with a Minor in Biomedical Technology from the University of Guelph.
