Andrea Douglas

Andrea Douglas is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in labor, employment, and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Director at Pharmavite since April 2019, Andrea has previously held roles including Director of Employment and Litigation and Senior Corporate Counsel at the same company. Prior to Pharmavite, Andrea was a Senior Attorney at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. from August 2017 to April 2019, and served as Senior Counsel at Gordon & Rees LLP from 2010 to 2017, specializing in employment litigation. Early in the career, Andrea worked as an Associate at both Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP. Andrea holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Georgetown University, with additional studies at Pomona College.
