Erika Sheppard, MBA, is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and global marketing. Currently serving as the Brand Strategy & Insights Leader at Pharmavite since July 2022, Erika previously held the position of Director - Global Marketing at Wella Company from December 2020 to July 2022 and at Coty from October 2017 to December 2020, where significant achievements included crafting a three-year global strategy that led to impressive growth metrics and spearheading innovative digital campaigns. Prior roles include Senior Global Marketing Manager and Global Marketing Manager at OPI Products, Inc., where Erika drove substantial revenue increases and successful product launches, as well as product management roles at Kraco Enterprises, LLC, and Shell, demonstrating a solid track record in strategic planning and execution that enhances market penetration and brand engagement.
