Sales Team Leader at Pharmercure

Nicolò Fasoglio began working for Pharmercure in 2019 as a Legal Counselor. In this role, they were responsible for legal risk assessment and compliance activities, contract management, supporting founders on strategic planning and territorial expansion, and managing relationships with advisors. In 2021, they were promoted to Sales Team Leader, where they are responsible for finding new business development opportunities, supporting the Head of Sales through negotiations with key partners and clients, supporting the Head of Sales in planning and organizing the team's activities, monitoring the team's outcomes, keeping the team's motivation high, and overseeing some multi-team projects as a Project Manager. Additionally, they are also an Account Manager. This experience has provided Nicolò with the opportunity to improve their leadership and soft skills.

Nicolò Fasoglio obtained a Master's degree in Law from the Università degli Studi di Torino in 2020. Nicolò also attended the Università degli Studi di Torino from 2016 to 2017, studying Business club and Startup Creation Lab.
