Chloe Lee

Chloe Lee has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Chloe is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at PharMerica, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Spectrum, where they held multiple roles including Senior Recruiting Manager and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Chloe'stenure at Spectrum started in 2016 and ended in August 2021. Before joining Spectrum, Chloe worked at Bright House Networks as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Diversity, where they led a team responsible for recruiting positions in the Tampa Bay and Central Florida areas. Chloe began their career at Boar's Head Brand as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, a position they held from August to December 2021.

Chloe Lee attended DeVry University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. Chloe also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), obtained in 2003.
