Gretchen Vincil

Gretchen Vincil is an experienced professional in software implementation and business analytics, currently serving as Senior Director of IV Software Implementation at PharMerica since February 2021. Previously, Gretchen held multiple roles at PCA Pharmacy from March 2015 to February 2021, including BI Analyst/Business Analytics Project Manager, where responsibilities included leading software transitions, developing in-house applications for efficiency, and creating production and financial KPI dashboards. Additionally, Gretchen worked as a Senior System Operations Analyst and Consulting Data Analyst, focusing on process improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Academically, Gretchen holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Trinity University.
