Stephen Creasy

Stephen Creasy has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Stephen worked at PharMerica twice, first as a Pharmacy Operations Manager/ IV Room Supervisor and later as a Utilization Manager. In these roles, they managed pharmacy operations, oversaw pharmacists and technicians, and implemented cost containment programs. Stephen also held the position of Director, Clinical Services at PharMerica, where they provided clinical support by managing various programs and initiatives to optimize medication use and cost savings. Stephen also worked as a Pharmacist at Chewy and as a Pharmacy Manager at RITE AID. Stephen began their career as a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Resident at the University of Louisville HealthCare.

Stephen Creasy completed their Pre-Pharmacy Studies at Towson University from 2003 to 2006. Stephen then went on to earn their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Shenandoah University from 2006 to 2010.
