Erica Kerkvliet

Erica Kerkvliet has a diverse work experience in the field of research and development. Erica is currently the VP of Research and Development at Pharming Technologies B.V. Prior to this role, Erica held multiple positions at Pharming Group N.V., including Senior Director of Research and Development and Director of Analytical Development. Erica also worked as a Teamleader of Analytical Method Development at OctoPlus, and as the Head of Analytical Development at HAL Allergy. Earlier in their career, Erica worked as a Scientist at Crucell and Astellas Pharma. Erica started their professional journey as a PhD researcher at ACTA (academisch centrum tandheelkunde amsterdam).

Erica Kerkvliet completed their Master's degree in Biology from Leiden University in 1993. Later, they pursued a PhD in Cell Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Amsterdam, completing it in 1999.
