Virginia Briones

Virginia Briones, sHRBP, currently serves as the Human Resources Operations Lead at Pharming Group N.V. since February 2024, where responsibilities include leveraging HR best practices and supporting strategic programs within a commercial biopharmaceutical environment. Prior to this role, Virginia held the position of Director, Global Human Resources & Operations at The Synergos Institute from March 2005 to September 2023, and served as Chief of Staff in the Office of the President & CEO at Ayala Aon Risk Services Inc. from February 1996 to July 2002. Virginia holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology, and completed additional educational coursework at Loyola University Chicago in February 2021.
