Maria Mylonas

Maria Mylonas has a diverse work experience in various industries. Maria started their career as a Quality Control Analyst at Note Printing Australia in 1997. Maria then worked at CSL as an Immunochemistry Technician and later as a Compliance and Training Specialist and Senior Quality Advisor-Compliance. Maria also served as a Quality Control Manager at Universal Biosensors where they managed the QC team and implemented quality control processes. At PharmOut, they worked as an Instructional Designer and later as a Learning and Development Director, where they developed training programs and collaborated with clients to create learning pathways. Maria also worked as an Education Officer/Project Manager at the Gene Technology Access Centre, delivering educational programs for students and teachers. Maria'smost recent role is as the Business Development Director at PharmOut, where they work directly with clients to develop solutions and collaborates with subject matter experts. Prior to that, they served as the Asia Pacific Academies Learning and Development Manager at Sewells MSXI, overseeing the development of knowledge and competence within the automotive retail industry.

Maria Mylonas completed a Diploma of Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Teaching Secondary degree in Biology and Science from the University of Melbourne in 2012-2013. Maria also holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Immunology, Genetics, and Microbiology from La Trobe University, which they received from 1995 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Maria has obtained certifications such as ICH Q13 from PharmOut in 2023 and attended the AITD 2017 and 2016 National Conferences organized by the Australian Institute of Training and Development. Outside of their academic pursuits, Maria also engaged in Buddhist Meditation studies at the Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia.
