Hugo Policarpo

Hugo Policarpo is a Senior RAN Engineer at Portugal Telecom, where Hugo is a member of the Radio Quality of Service Department. Hugo is also the Co-Owner of Life Project, where Hugo engages in activities such as half-marathon running, scuba diving, submarine fishing, trumpet playing, and gym. Previously, Hugo worked as a Senior RAN Consultant for Celfinet, focusing on network performance monitoring and quality improvement. Hugo also worked as a RAN Consultant for TMN (Portugal) and CTM (Macao, China) and completed a turnkey project for VODAFONE Portugal. Hugo holds a degree in Electrical and Computers Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and has a background in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering.
