Jim Kerrigan

Jim Kerrigan is an Associate at Pharos Capital Group. Mr. Kerrigan is reponsible for evaluating and executing investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies. Mr. Kerrigan currently works with the firm's investments in Egenera, The Family Treatment Network, FasPsych, MOTION Physical Therapy, and Sona Dermatology and Medspa.

Prior to joining the firm in 2016, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank in New York. While at Barclays, Mr. Kerrigan advised on sell-side M&A and carve out transactions across a wide variety of industries in addition to corporate defense and shareholder activism. Mr. Kerrigan graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha with a BSBA, magna cum laude, in Accounting and Finance. Mr. Kerrigan is based out of the firm’s Dallas office.
