Katherine Roe

Katherine Roe serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Pharos Energy since July 2024 and is a Fellow at the Energy Institute since April 2021. Previously, Katherine held the position of Non-Executive Director at Longboat Energy plc from November 2019 to June 2024 and at ITM Power from May 2020 to September 2023. Katherine has extensive leadership experience, including roles as Chief Executive Officer at Wentworth Resources plc and various positions such as CFO and Vice President of Corporate Development & Investor Relations. Additional Non-Executive Director roles include Faroe Petroleum and IDE Group Holdings PLC. Katherine's early career includes a tenure as Director of Corporate Finance at Panmure Gordon and as an Associate at Morgan Stanley. Katherine earned a degree from the University of Bristol between 1997 and 2000.
