Rachel Phillips - Buck

Rachel Phillips-Buck has a wealth of experience in counseling and providing support to students. Rachel has held various roles at different companies, including being a VP for Student Success at Pharos Resources, LLC, a Career Counselor at Abilene Christian University, and a Marriage and Family Therapist at Christian Counseling Center. Rachel has a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Their work involves creating and teaching programs to help students with career choices, academic struggles, and personal development.
