Jose C. Batista Adorno has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jose C. started their career as the President and Co-Founder of Impulse Clothing, a clothing line promoting positive thinking. Following this, they worked as an Analyst at the University of Puerto Rico, where they conducted research on the potential impacts of implementing a Value Added Tax in Puerto Rico.
Jose C. then interned at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico in the Commercial Banking Division before joining Student Money Solution as a Financial Coach. Jose also worked as a Credit Analyst at COFECC and was part of the organizing team for H3 Meet Up at Cobian Media.
Jose's experience in the banking sector continued when they became the President of the Executive Committee at CUCCPR and later worked as an Information System Auditor at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. In this role, they ensured the integrity, compliance, and accuracy of data, applications, and processes.
Their most recent experience includes working at Rock Solid ERP, which was rebranded as Pharos Solutions, as a Business Solutions Analyst II specializing in Microsoft AX 2012. Currently, Jose holds the position of Business Solution Analyst II at Pharos Solutions, where they are responsible for compiling and preparing functional data, training end users, and analyzing business problems to provide assistance and solutions.
Throughout their career, Jose has developed a solid understanding of Microsoft AX 2012 and Dynamics 365, with expertise in sales, warehouse, and inventory management modules. Jose C. has experience in configuring module setups for warehouse and inventory, as well as data compilation, manipulation, and upload.
Jose C. Batista Adorno has a diverse education history. Jose C. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. In 2019, they enrolled in the University of Dayton to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Analytics and Marketing, which they will complete in 2022. Prior to their university education, Jose attended Colegio Nuestra Señora Del Carmen, where they completed their high school education from 2001 to 2013.
In addition to their formal education, Jose has also acquired several certifications. In 2018, they obtained the MB6-895 and MB6-896 certifications from Microsoft for Financial Management and Distribution and Trade in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, respectively. Jose C. also obtained the MB2-717 certification from Microsoft for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales in 2018.
In 2020, Jose obtained the Mimic Pro Certification from Stukent, the Advanced Google Analytics certification from Google, and the MB-300 Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations certification from Microsoft. Jose C. also completed the Google Analytics for Beginners certification from Google in 2020 and became a Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management - Functional Consultant Associate the same year.
Furthermore, in 2015, Jose obtained the Certified Summer Researcher, Investigation and Creation Experiences (CITI Program) certification from the CITI Program.
