Susy Bordin has extensive work experience in various roles. Susy began their career as the Sales Director of Memberships at White Oaks Conference Resort & Spa in 1995. Susy then worked as the General Office Manager and later as a Senior Associate in New Media at GlobalFluency from 1998 to 2000. Susy also served as the Office Manager at the Gleason Foundation from 2000 to 2002.
In 2000, they became the Owner and General Manager of SuperCoups of Monroe County. Susy also worked as an Administrator at the Rochester Elite Soccer Academy from 2005 to 2011.
From 2011 to 2013, Susy worked as the Director of Marketing & Research Services at Commercial Real Estate Advisors. Susy then joined The Thayer Institute in 2015 and served as a Speaker and Conference Experience XO until 2016.
Their next role was as an Executive Administrator at Pharos from 2013 to 2019. In this position, they played a key role in achieving corporate objectives and led projects such as selecting and building the new corporate HQ.
Susy then served as the Customer Research/Human Centered Design Program Manager at Pharos from 2018 to 2020. Susy led a cross-functional team in creating customer-centric products and solutions while also managing an HQ relocation project.
Their most recent position at Pharos was as the Chief of Staff from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they project managed a private equity acquisition and worked closely with the CEO and CFO to drive efficiency and culture.
Currently, Susy holds the position of Sales Operations Manager at Pharos, where they focus on improving communication and removing barriers to enhance the speed of sales while fostering a strong teamwork culture.
From 1991 to 1994, Susy Bordin attended McMaster University. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, with a focus on the general field of study.
