Jessica Trombold

Jessica Trombold is an accomplished executive in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Investments & Operations at Pharr since April 2024. Previously, Jessica held multiple leadership roles at Nuveen, a TIAA company, from June 2018 to April 2024, culminating as Senior Director and Head of Mixed-Use Partnerships. Earlier experience includes positions such as Fund Manager at KFBSF Real Estate Funds and various roles at Pyramid Hotel Group, where responsibilities ranged from business development to acquisitions and asset management. Additionally, Jessica gained consulting experience at FTI Consulting and completed internships at Constellation Energy and the New England Patriots. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
