Khaled Khalaf

Khaled Khalaf is a Co-Founder and Member of Technical Staff at Pharrowtech. Prior to this, they worked as an MMW Senior Researcher at imec from August 2009 to July 2019. Khaled was also a Chip Lead for the last generation of 60 GHz phased arrays and guided projects and students focusing on front-end chips for 5G 28 GHz and 140 GHz prototypes. Khalaf has also worked as an AMS/CAD Consultant at Infineon Technologies from July 2006 to August 2008, and as a Senior IC Design Consultant at Scenario Design Services from August 2005 to August 2008.

Khaled Khalaf has a Ph.D. in Microelectronics from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, an MSc in Microelectronics from Technische Universiteit Delft, and a BSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ain Shams University.
