Viviane Monges

Ms. Monges has been a director since July 2021 and serves as the company’s audit chair. Ms. Monges currently serves as a non-executive director at multiple companies, such as DBV Technologies, ADC Therapeutics, UCB, and Novo Holdings. Prior to these roles, Viviane was the VP of Finance of the Nestlé Business Excellence Division. Prof to that she held several Finance leadership roles at Novartis’s OTC Division where she was Global CFO. Prior to her time at Novartis, Ms. Monges served as CFO of European Pharmaceuticals at Pfizer and as CFO of the Global Pharmaceutical Business unit of Pfizer. She holds an undergraduate degree in business administration as well as an MBA with a major in finance from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP).
